I had the same issue with no reply from support.

In regards to me being a new account, I don't have time to post all over forums. I do however... have time to work.

My bid still stands at 15 BTC. I'll go ahead and proxy 1 BTC over any bid.

How about this... 20 BTC and you close the auction?
