Financial support from the community to stand you up is a major requisite to having the coin reach the valuation you dream of.  In that case community should be sucked dry out of money. Fund should be built wherein enough money is secured to ensure stable payroll for the employees. Or in your case for whoever has taken on the responsibility to build up the project in question.
