some people feel they need to talk to you, so don't give them your number. this is exactly how I did it: got a new phone and then minimized the people who were given the number...
...which for sure included any delivery drivers, doctors or (lol) government services. these people invariably dislike dealing with me, I'm pretty proud of that too
