Easy to say and assume that gamblers can control, but in reality, once you get engage the chance of keep repeating that same mistake may take place from time to time.

There are many incidents that gamblers exceed from set limitations and are unable to control the emotions,
losing a lot and do a Yolo and sad thing. They lose everything and wanted to keep trying to win back
and recover by resorting to unthinkable resources to get that money to gamble.

It's an addiction, like any other, so it's not an easy thing to do.

The trick would be to somehow control that motivation to get more money to gamble, but instead of using it for gambling, invest it in something else.

Usually investing doesn't have this short term rush that casinos provide, but it would be great if you could gamify investments instead of gambling.

If you can divert your attention to this venue and I agree that it might help you a lot in terms of spending time and money for a better outcome.

Not saying  that it's an easy venue  but it has a lesser  risk compared to gambling and the addiction  that you may suffer.

A tough call as there's always differences  within people's mindset especially when we are dealing with money.
