I don't think you've read the whole thread, and neither did you know that there was another thread for this coin that was closed. The first distribution took weeks and was intended for 1000 people. The dev was very strict to be able to have a real community instead of pumpers and dumpers.
Soon after people started complaining that it took very look, because it was difficult to reach the number of 1000 people . The dev put on a vote and the majority voted for around 500 stakeholders and that they should receive an additional million (excluding blacklisted people from the first round).

The form that you have probably filled in was for the waiting list. The dev will give people from the first round who were blacklisted a chance to appeal, than what's over will be send to others in the waiting list.

So I think you should be patient.
