Go check their negative trust ratings carefully and you will understand(If you have a brain) that several victims were scammed of thousands of bucks.
Do not even bother to try to reason with someone who is likely a shill. They may not even know they definition of selective scam or selective fraud. It is all about trying to keep having some of the alleged legitimacy while at the same time abusing of your power as a casino to steal people off their money through as much time as possible and stalling victims into exhaustion until they give up and stop trying to contact "customer service".
It is the same story every time a victim shows up here asking for any kind of help.
I think some people don't really understand what selective scam means like you said, and i personally think its only a person that is just joining the forum that will argue that he or she don't know the kind of havoc 1xbit caused some of their customers, I said "some" because not all users of 1xbit actually lost money , but like its been stated several time, the casino was selectively and silently scamming their users, most especially those of them that were not registered on this forum, it is some times in the cause of looking for solution that most of those that were scammed get to discover this forum and also register so as to complain here, since its likely that 1xbit customer care is not responding to such users ticket.
I am particularly happy that 1xbit finally left this forum for good.
