But in fact there is no special team on duty there, we know there is Aria as the admin there but he's part of the development team which doubles as customer support

Actually there is an admin who is always online there, although not every hour but he always comes to check the site performance but he has no full control he only holds a few features, for example if the problem is on a deposit or withdrawal, only the site owner has control. In the past every withdrawal instant processed by the system but not anymore all must go through the owner's approval. I hope blackjack.fun finds a solution as soon as possible.
