The whirlwind campaign is currently being stopped due to problems with withdrawal and the unavailability of the owner.
As important as this information is for this thread, it is probably more important for everyone to refrain from using this service until further notice.
There's an update for the whirlwind signature campaign, it's back again.

[..] Things are expected to be back to normal tomorrow night at latest so for now you can put the Signature back on and be paid as normal when this round ends in ~22½ hours.
