It is great that you have talked with Crashino to look into the issue and they have solved the issue as you have told. But I am worried for Crashino if anyone faces this issue and is not aware of the forum as well as you then how they resolve their issue? Why they are not solving the problem base on the request of their customer via live chat/email?

From my experience support sucks in most casinos... I am not sure where they find those guys/girls and how much they are paying them, but sometimes they can be a real pain in the ass. I really don't know what kind of instructions they get, but what I do know is that sometimes it's hard to get to the right person who can solve the problem. And when it comes to that, in the last +3 years I had a few issues that were solved with Efi's help... One of the perks of playing under Gosu I guess! Direct line with admins and owners, not lousy support.
