I believe this accusation could have been more formal and given much more attention if the said people, whose complaints you just saw, were the ones to open the scam accusation or you were in contact with them, which can give you much more access to detailed information regarding how the exchange scammed them or how the exchange is likely trying to scam them. Since you are neither the accuser nor related to any of them, I can see this as something that is just trying to ruin the hard work of an upcoming exchange for nothing since your claims are just based on an assumption and a third person's story.

If this were a case of some physical company with legal entities backing them up, the company might press charges against you for trying to ruin their reputation with an unproven fact. I'm just saying you should be mindful of the kind of accusation you lay, especially when you are not the person who is directly affected.
