I would like to leave here my indignation with BC.Game. I've been trying to solve a problem for 3 weeks and the support only knows how to open tickets and promise deadlines that they don't meet. The problem is, I'm entitled to an affiliate reward. But I don't think the site wants to pay. Anyone else having problems with this site?
Sometime the number of tickets might be too many that's why the reply may take more time than usual but the time you have mentioned is quite high. I have never heard about it and also never faced an issue like this. Would you like to post details of the problem on the beginning post.

The site should also clearly state the reason for delaying the response. It’s more than a month now. It’s clearly seems that the customer support team is ignoring OP. But this doesn’t mean that OP haven’t broke any rules or terms and conditions. I am just assuming that as this is the case of affiliate commissions, so OP have done multi accounting, and for this reason the support team is not replying him ? This is just an assumption. Only the Bc.game team can the reality behind this.

That delay is not good for a user and to the people who can read this post since many would think that they had bad support then they do that on purpose. I think BC.Game should step up here since for that accusation where the affiliate rewards is not given from a user do big efforts is not a good approach by them.
Also if they give a clear answer to OP on when is the possible timeline for this issue to be solve maybe he will not come here posting like this then just wait for their answer regarding on possible investigation done by their team.

Agreed, I hope bc.games won't allow this issue to destroy the majority of the trust they gave in this platform. Because if they remain silent which is the bc support, I think this could possibly the way why their community will get out and find  other gambling platform that is more responsible in this scenario.

Especially now more community here in the forum are voicing out now for what bc support is doing, and we don't know or no one knows why they're not responding to the problem of the OP.
