My suggestion: Everyone who have fund there in the notes, submit withdrawal [full amount], leave nothing.
It's not possible to request a withdrawal moving the entire balance for many users.
You can only withdraw fixed amounts and the minimum is 0.001 BTC.
By the way, their multi-signature address is 3 of 3, not 2 of 3.
What I do not understand is... how it is possible that they have paid for the Signature Campaign (Hold) and apparently they were able to collect their Notes, or they did not and are waiting "patiently".
The website is still up and it's possible to send fund between note addresses.
Hhampuz simply sent the payments from his note address to note addresses of participants. Those transactions have been made off-chain and none of withdrawal requests have been processed.
