To be honest, blackjack.fun lacks a team to handle all the questions we know it since 2 years ago then they provide live support to solve it
But in fact there is no special team on duty there, we know there is Aria as the admin there but he's part of the development team which doubles as customer support
even though they provide more social media it will be useless if they don't add a special team there, problems like these can hinder the growth of blackjack.fun.
I agree with you. They definitely need to add a dedicated customer support team. The current situation is not sustainable. There should always be someone available to answer customer questions. This way, it can't lead to long wait times for customers and won't lead to frustration when customers don't get the help they need quickly.

A dedicated customer support team would be able to provide faster and more reliable support to customers. This would make a more attractive option for players, and it would help the site to grow.
I would guess that it requires a ton of money to hire someone for a job like that forever. This isn't a temporary job type of deal neither, we are talking about full time job and something that takes a long time as well. I believe that we need to achieve something that would be profitable for them to do that in order to justify the cost. If they spend 1k on the person, and that means 12k for a year, if they do another type of marketing for 12k a year, they may get the return better.

This is why I believe that emailing them is an alternative that means they will help you anyway, and they think that we shouldn't really be judging them in anyway. If we haven't seen the results they have seen, then we can't make the same decisions.
