Seriously, if anyone expecting thew coupists to leave without being forced? Common, until the military know that a coup is not an option, there will always be attempts. So yes, AU and ECOWAS should do the needful and restore democratic rule in Niger. No option should be off the table. The worst civilian government is still better than the best military.

Considering the recent military coup in Niger Republic, there has been several calls for return to civil rule from both within Africa and Outside. ECOWAS has also made several attempts to restore the deposed President including dialogue and threatening to use military intervention.
