Speaking of being new here, I don't think there's any specific rank that a member is required to earn before they can start a lending service. Just make sure you familiarise yourself with the rules and guidelines of lending that are posted on this board. You can also visit the threads of other successful lenders on the forum to see how things are done. Then you can make your own rules.
