He is already 30 years old and as a midfielder this will consume a lot of stamina, let alone playing in the most competitive league, of course he will often experience fatigue. The transfer fee is not expensive, only around 19 million euros and is 5x cheaper than Caicedo's price. Wataru Endo will undergo a medical test today and after that he will be officially announced as a new Liverpool player. I don't know much about Endo. To be honest, until yesterday, I never knew who he was but the fact that Liverpool is close to landing him only says that they already had him on their radar before now. From the reports and comments I've seen so far, he seems like an unsung hero that might do well in this Liverpool team. A midfield diamond featuring Mac Allister, Szoboszlai amd Endo to sit at the heart of Liverpool's defense looks solid if you ask me.
I'd wait till his first couple of games for Liverpool in order to access his qualities. Until then.
