FWIW I intend to look at this again over the weekend, and simply haven't had time up to now. goatpig's review will inevitably be far higher quality than anything I do, what I end up saying  won' amount to much more than a simple "thumbs up"

also, I feel must take some responsibility for this thread appearing. it seems I misremembered whether Armory uses libbitcoin or not, and so should have not said anything at all without properly checking. it seems that production in Armory (0.96.5) all RNG seeding is not libbitcoin code, and in fact libbitcoin code isn't used at all

so I hope nobody was in any way alarmed by what I said in the Dev&Tech thread linked in the OP
