I prefer a steady bet, after all, if luck is on our side, the big win will come to us without any strategy. And does the gambler win more with strategy? Not really, right?
Steady betting or fixed unit betting is easily one of the best ways to bet in any game, but you need a lot of patience to use this strategy in the long-term which most gamblers lack frankly speaking.
Also, strategies don't improve the luck factor as you mentioned. Classic gamblers fallacy!
