Answering everyone's question... It's been almost a month since I've been waiting for the site's response and I still haven't been successful so far. There are two tickets in the post because the support itself, not giving a solution to the first one, opened another one. I haven't put pictures yet because I couldn't do that here. But as soon as I figure out how to do it, I'll post the images of the conversations. My problem is not with withdrawal! It's with affiliate rewards.
Yeah the problem currently is with affiliate rewards but once you get them, who knows they disable their withdrawal. I am saying this become i have been reading a lot about the BC.Game problems and I do not know what is going inside with the management of this casino. If they want to continue their business, they got to resolve these issues quickly else people will lose trust in them.
Trust is hard to build in any casino and I am sure BC.Game should know this. If they are not interested in solving people's queries & issues, I am afraid it's time for their scam exit or something.
Indeed, the silence is killing to be honest, I personally remember how bad I always feel when I have a problem with any site and after reaching out to their customer care, and for like one to two hours, they haven't answered me, i always resolve in my mind that after that issue is solved, I will just get my money out and never use them again.
And personally, I've come to believe that nothing silently and slowly kills a business like bad customer support, not responding to customers when they need help always give the impression that such platform is not reliable and may not be trusted, even when the site owners have no intention of ever committing any kind of fraud against their customers, I don't know what is the plan of BC.game, even if they don't have any answer for the OP, its takes nothing from them to just say so, than putting up this "I don't care" attitude, this can not help their growth in the long term if they continue like this.
