Bitcoin is a high-risk investment and try to look smart by buying it against mortgaging your assets. Payment term and be forced to sell at a loss. Do not invest in bitcoin with money that you need soon or linked to deadline time.
Until there is no Property prices price set by exchangers in this economic situation Im not interested about any kind of gamble on real estate.

With btc i just follow the market price same for oil,gold, silver, food (wheat,corn) ,metals.
Crypto and btc are perfect collateral and prices of crypto are predicteble.
