Manchester City will get better as the season progresses. They are struggling with injuries and they're still managing to win. A lot of people feel Manchester United won't do well this season but I still believe they will win the league.
When Bernardo Silva comes back he will take over the right wing and that will bring a lot of creativity to the team.

Halland is another player people feel won't do much this season. That's not true. Halland might not score like he scored last season but he would score a lot of goals.
My money is in Man City to retain the league.
Liverpool will give them a good run too.
