Manchester city hasn't replaced those players that left and instead of Pep Guardiola attacking Chelsea at the press conference for spending, he should spend too that's the only way he wins games and trophy. Pep Guardiola doesn't build players, he only buys already made players and make them better with other quality players playing around them that he buys so instead of complaining about other clubs spending, he should fix his club.
