I just checked my email and I did not have such email notification,the reason is that I almost have gambled 0 amount of my satoshis,I have kept increasing my stash and waiting for the best so yes this email is still linked to at least some wagering requirements.I remember getting it a couple of times in a time where I always used to gamble when there were a RP bonus day x4 or x5 which are the best maximize-rs for increasing side benefit prizes like RP,Lottery tickets weekly and tickets to enter the Lambo draw.
