You are not forced to give merits... if the post does not meet your standard, kindly ignore and move on. Post like this can actually make  Some persons gain some form of motivation to make judicious use of the forum and the resources available. By the way, is there any crime if someone post to gain merit? Besides, this is beginner's section, so you should not expect too much of classical posts from here... if you are very advanced in the forum, there is a section called serious discussion.
