As far as I know there is none that supports cockfighting on crypto based casinos, sorry to burst the bubble for you.
But if you are looking for none crypto casinos, there are a lot, but it is supposedly local though. So if you are outside of the country then I don't think you can bet or even access the online cockfighting site as it might detect your IP although you can get away with it by using VPN, but I don't recommend it.

As of now, there are no cryptocurrency outlets that support such kind of betting in this kind of platform. Though this may be the case, locally, there is a famous betting website that uses our local currency (Philippine Peso) in betting online in cockfighting. This uses our very own GCash (electronic payment and wallet) in which you can directly convert your cryptocurrencies to Php on the same wallet.
Maybe one of the reasons on why there is yet to exist any crypto platform that caters to cockfighting is due to its regulations with some local laws that makes it currently impossible to hold such website and payment.
