Not only at this point, someone will experience difficulties if they don't make a plan or list of items they need to shop for. Because in all aspects everyone should be able to make an important list before they do shopping for their living needs so that we don't experience difficulties before receiving the next salary from the work we do.
So a methodology like that is indeed very important to apply to life because every thing that is good and can help everyone's life (including our own life) will always be good to be carried out wisely without having to think about many things that we might not be able to carry out so that complaints are also it may come again in the end.
