Op your approach is very bad, and the tone you use pissed me off and I don't know if you are soliciting to retrieved your account or yoh giving orders to have the account back, you are complicating everything because the body language of your comment is very hash and it sounds as if you have hundreds percent right, even though you are upset you are supposed to use manners to address issues like this except that you don't want have the account back to your possession
