As far as I know there is none that supports cockfighting on crypto based casinos, sorry to burst the bubble for you.
But if you are looking for none crypto casinos, there are a lot, but it is supposedly local though. So if you are outside of the country then I don't think you can bet or even access the online cockfighting site as it might detect your IP although you can get away with it by using VPN, but I don't recommend it.
Yes this is the problem ive been having. I have SEVERAL 100% legitamate cockfighting casinos but ALL of them require you to have a vietnamese/cambodian/thai bank account, and phone number. Perhaps if I could get in touch with somebody in one of these countries they could help me, but then I will be completely at the mercy of this itermediary trusting them to handle my deposits, and withdrawals! I really find it shocking that there are no websites that are more international. Not a great business model. Literally trying to give these guys thousands of dollars and they cant take it.
Not sure though were you from mate? That you suddenly feel in love with cockfighting that is also known so some parts of the world just like you mentioned, vietnamese/cambodian/thai/philippines.
Obviously, there will be a question of trust here, and as you have said, it's a bad business model.
However, the also reason that I think that this guys doesn't want to go international is that they are raking big money locally though, most likely in the billions.
