It's too early to say that because if you look at the current conditions, the match in La Liga has only been running for 2 weeks and indirectly this means that there are still many weeks to go through for this season.
Madrid did have a good performance in its last 2 matches on the other hand Barcelona is also still quite good even though the first match did not go well and only a draw was obtained.

We're still going to see a lot of surprises in the end, so I think it's too far away to conclude that the two will turn around at this point.
It's true that it's too early to conclude everything, Barcelona are in trouble right now, but that doesn't mean they can't get up and turn things around.
It is undeniable that Barcelona fans are very pessimistic now that they see Barcelona's performance which was very disappointing in the first 2 matches.
Even though Barcelona won 2 goals over Cadiz this weekend but I think it was not a good performance from them, in fact this team's game seemed to not have many creations to score goals, Barcelona fully controlled the match but they had a lot of trouble scoring goals, fortunately Pedri broke the deadlock The last 10 minutes of the match and F.Torres added the advantage at the end of the match, I highlighted Barcelona's front line which was not very effective, I think Barcelona this season have to improve a lot more if they want to compete strictly for the La Liga and UCL titles.

I watched this fight only in the first half, my eyes couldn't hold back sleep. because in my country, the game is played at dawn. but that does not mean, I can not be able to know the course of the match until the end. I think Barcelona played quite well, even Xavi implemented a different system with a 3-4-2-1 pattern. unfortunately, every opportunity they had could not be converted very well to make a goal.
In this match, Xavi rotated some of his players. I don't understand, is he trying to experiment or does Xavi really want a pattern like that and rotate some of his players. but what is certain, Barcelona controlled the game with 75% ball possession. they had 24 total shots, 10 shots on target, 8 blocked shots, 6 big chances, 4 missed big chances, 1 hit the post. After all, in this match, Xavi could not give instructions, because he was sent off the field by a red card in the last match.

As for Cadiz, they really play defensively. As for the opportunities they had from counterattacks, they couldn't be put to good use. well, the goalkeeper Jeremias Ledesma played very impressively. he made 8 saves, 7 saves in the box, 5 high claims. but unfortunately, in the 82nd minute Gundohan provided a clever assist which was met by Predi which was able to be converted into a goal. Likewise with the second goal, the assist from Lewandowski's header was able to be continued by Ferran Torres and again found the net guarded by Jeremias Ledesma. at least, this victory is a big capital for Barcelona to carry out the next match. even without Raphinha, Xavi was able to implement other options with his system, and it seems the experiment was a success.
