Aymeric Laporte will be Al-Nassr's next newest recruit and he will be contracted until 2026. He was brought in from Manchester City for a total of 30 million euros and we know that Al-Nassr has had a bad defense lately so they often concede goals. The presence of Aymeric Laporte is certainly expected to strengthen Al-Nassr's defense, especially since he is an experienced defender who also led Manchester City to win the treble winner last season.
It is good news for Al Nass fans, Laporte joined the club at the right time. I agree that Al Nassr defense is weak, they already got 4 conceded goals in the first 2 games of this season. We expect much with the arrival of Laporte, he should strengthen Al Nassr defense. If there is no change in Al Nassr defense, the problem may be not on the players but how the coach to choose the tactics.

Even though Al-Nassr has a pretty good goalkeeper, namely Nawaf Alaqidi and even though he is only a temporary replacement for Ospina who is still injured, he has also proven his capacity so far. But indeed Al-Nassr's defense is so weak and they are also often easy to find loopholes, which is what makes it easier for opponents to break into Al-Nassr's goal. There is already Alex Telles and now there will be Aymeric Laporte and I think they still need a player who plays as a central midfielder. Seko Fofana, who previously joined Al-Nassr, is a central midfielder and even though he has a very tall stature, he is not too optimal to fill in as a defensive midfielder.
