That is in the rules to make it easier for me to double check and to make sure I don't miss something. When you enter pools it is good etiquette to follow all the requirements/requests made in the OP.  Every manager has it its own way of doing things and that is the least we can do.

I have broken those rules in the past as well and you don't think it is a big deal until you try managing something similar. Now I make sure to comply as much as possible
