Pochettino has a great responsibility. Last year, Potter left Chelsea a wreck. Actually, his staff was good, but he finished the league in the lower ranks, no matter how difficult it was. Chelsea has always been a team that competes in the top four. Although expectations for Pochettino are lower this year because of the bad chart last year, I hope they will be in the top four this year.
Since day one he accepted the job he should know the condition of the club and is work is to ameng things and make the club better since for some time Chelsea have lost touch of there glory, and I feel Potter did try is best just that is best was not enough and the club was lacking serious stability, not just a lower rank but an escape from relegation, and Pochetino might not really get results this season and the players are already going on injury but at the same time have players that will replace the injured once i hope they do better. And of the sincere truth Chelsea have improved they just need to start scoring no to much touches.
Pochetino should be able to do that. He was given very abundant funds, he was given freedom of transfer. He should have many chances to make the player of his dreams. With Tottenham he was always in the top 7 so there is great hope he can do better with Chelsea. But indeed, as long as he has been a coach, no major championship title can be obtained.
We are still watching Pochetino work and we have seen some improvement compared to last season even lampard contributed to damaging Chelsea the more and Chelsea have spent significant amount of money on the club, so he seriously needs to start building does boys to be better and nothing should affect them because the players going on injury will some how affect the performanceof the club, Chelsea still have hope but it will take time for them to fully recover, this season is already coming with fire, is not going to be easy at all. All this small clubs are scaring me this season.
