So use Greendot moneypak. He loads the money and gives the number, you load it into PP. Can't scam that way (at least not to my knowledge).

Can't withdraw from PP if you load in Greendot. Greendot is as good as cash. Treat it that way. Also can do WU and Moneygram. Every way can be scammed by the other party. That's the nature of trading.
