I think if Real Madrid were not experiencing financial difficulties. However, the Club may only do certain budgeting by limiting finances for purchasing players not because of that kind of financial crisis. What's more, they have also spent a lot of money to bring in several young players at the start of the transfer market this season. So, they really have to manage their finances to stay balanced. Maybe this is a bit different from Barcelona where the club, even though they are experiencing a financial crisis, made quite a number of purchases, because they really need squads to rebuild. Maybe this is one of the differences between the club management of Real Madrid and Barcelona.
Actually, in the current transfer market, Barcelona actually spent very little money to buy players, even that was under 5 million euros because they got other players on free transfers, except for Barcelona who managed to bring in Joao Cancelo, a Manchester City player who is on loan at Bayern Munich because of a rumored fee to buy this player around 45 million euros and they will not experience problems because they have already managed to sell Dembele to PSG at a higher price than the Cancelo fee, in contrast to Real Madrid who have spent around 130 million euros on several players and the most they spent on Jude Bellingham.
But I agree that the club must take good care of their finances by buying players wisely otherwise they will face financial problems like Barcelona faced and that is due to mistakes in club management. What's more, clubs in La Liga are not like those in the English Premier League, which are very aggressive in the transfer market.
