I also feel the same as you. That's why when I gamble, I try just to play and not think about any wins or losses so I can accept it. Win is win, lose is lose. That is the principle in playing gambling, so that we must be able to accept whatever happens after gambling is finished. If our balance increases, we are lucky, but if not, we have to live with it.

If we realize that the money we deposit in the casino can be lost in a few rounds, we will not deposit too much money or at the very least, we only deposit as much money as we can afford.
its like not expecting anything big from gambling and if this is done consistently I think your mentality and control will get used to gambling responsibly and definitely your finances will get better. I mean when you gamble or bet casually and enjoy every betting session you will certainly never become a burden on your mind or your thoughts will not focus on big wins and if one day you can get a win regardless of the amount just think of it as a bonus while you are having fun happy like for example we go to buy food pay some money but get a raffle ticket and get extra food bonus.

realizing how gambling works and appreciating whatever amount of money you have will give yourself good control.
