Twin studies have estimated that approximately 20-30% of an individual's lifespan is related to genetics, the rest is due to individual behaviors and environmental factors which can be modified. In addition, it found that lifestyle plays almost no factor in health and longevity after the age of 80, and that almost everything in advanced age is due to genetic factors.

But what about epigenetic markers, that control which genes become active? Who or what controls the epigenetics? - Epigenetics and the influence of our genes | Courtney Griffins | TEDxOU - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JTBg6hqeuTg.

What factors affect life expectancy?

One of the biggest factors if you are a soldier in Russia or Ukraine is, being a soldier in Russia gives you a far longer life expectancy than if you are a soldier in Ukraine.

Cool

And this is based in your imagination and wishful thinking. Ruzzian soldiers have died is such a large numbers that have managed to go from a general offensive and costly advances to a precariously sustained front that is currently at serious risk of collapse in several areas near Zaporilla.

But... if we speak about Ruzzia, even before the war, you will observe decades of population decline in a country that has pretty much limitless territory. This is a tell sign of  mismanagement and people fleeing in every direction. You should try think about it before posting silly.

There you go, posting stuff that is based in your imagination and wishful thinking. All you have to do is watch this Tucker report, with Col. Douglas Macgregor - http://www.freedomsphoenix.com/News/349011-2023-08-23-ep-18-into-the-abyss-colonel-douglas-macgregor-tells-us.htm. And Scott Ritter (retired US military) tells us similar.

The point is that I am not there, right in the middle of it all. Are you? Can you actually see men dying on both sides? If you have to believe what others tell you, how do you know they are not lying to you? If you get it from the major media news reports, simply compare the mistaken news reports from the beginning of the war to what they are saying today. You can see that they don't know what they are talking about.

Come on. Let us know where you get your info, other than out of your "imagination and wishful thinking."
