Just got to know about this exchange through the signature campaign lunched recently, despite it being quite old (back to 2014). And although it seems to be a legit service, i wonder why there is less to no activities especially in terms of promotional materials.
Happens with most old school Bitcoin related services. I don't want to mention names here, but if you look at most open source services that actually don't need KYC and offer anonymity. They mostly don't advertise, probably because they have a specific type of clientele that always use their service for years.
Looking at their current 24-hour volume, it doesn't look bad.
