It seems that freebico.in has been blocked in Singapore. I couldn't even visit the login page. I have tried on a few of public internet and the result is the same- blocked.
I think freebitco is accessible all around the world unless it has been block by your ISP.
Do you get any error when trying to visit the website? Maybe, it's cloudfare that is not allowing to visit the website due to protecting it from DDoS attacks.
If the page isn't loaded at all, it's probably your ISP that has been blocked freebitco.
