In my opinion, I think the Saudi league is not just looking for names but they are also considering European players who have good capacity and also of course also have a good image. If we look at Lukaku, he is a controversial player at the moment and because the Saudi league doesn't want to be laughed at by many people just because it managed to bring in Lukaku. It's clear that even though the Saudi league is spending a lot of money, they are still considering the negative impact it has.
