@Obari, I think you don't need to feel disappointed because you were not granted your loan request @shashan must have a reason for not given you and you can't force it on him neither will you question him about it because it's not your business neither is it your money. Now concerning your health issues, I think you need to find a way very fast to take proper medication so that something bad will not happen to you while you are working to resolve the issues surrounding you right now. Coming to the forum I have come across a thread where a Nigerian forum member was lost it will be very bad if such news comes up again as a result of your ignorance, get medication while you still have a case here you can as your local board for assistance I believe everyone will be willing to help out.

I stand to be corrected if I go a bit off to the topic of discussion but I think @Obari needs to get better to be able to answer for himself here. Most times people don't think probably when they are sick and it may lead to something else so I suggest we give him sometime to get back to good health before something bad happens to him as a result of this, my honest suggestions though.
