Although I don't have any strong evidence, but it seems like there is one more account connected with Sakanwa or Obari. And the account is
hashrateproducts. Sakanwa had applied on the MoneyPot signature campaign at 9:32 PM on 20th August. And 'hashrateproducts' had applied on the same campaign at 9:34 PM on 20th August. Sakanwa had applied in the campaign before hashrateproducts. Therefore, it wasn't a copy paste mistake from Sakanwa.

I'm not sure about the 'loan defaulter' part, but those 3 accounts might be connected (alt accounts).
There is another interesting thing about it, and that is that whoever is behind hashrateproducts is not the original owner of the account, which I think deserves a thread.
