I won't deny that money has made them what they are today, but is that the only reason why they can't impress on the European stage? Of course not. We can see from how their situation in the squad, yes they always have problems between one another, be it players with players, players with coaches and others, so with that problem their chemsitry is very difficult to create and the impact on their game is always messy. Star players will not always be a guarantee as long as their relationships are not good,
When you want to create a team just with money and not with a system that happens. City was a good club even before Pep came along, but they became something special with Pep, how come? Because they built a whole system with him and gave him the ropes and tell him to build any team he wants. Just to give an example, if PSG hired Pep tomorrow, and he started to manage that team for a few years, I guarantee you that he will build a team that will win UCL there too.

City took way too long, longer than it should, they had some chances they could have won and got unlucky, it happens and they finally got it, and got the treble along with it as well. As long as PSG doesn't have a system and just throw money at the problems, they won't win UCL.
With no intention of saying Guardiola is a bad coach, but the role of the coach is not the only one who builds the club, the role of management is also very influential on the development of a club. Honestly, I still doubt when they bring Guardiola and they can improve, as long as they are still managed by poor management. Vice versa, when they have good management but have a bad coach it will also be difficult. This is something that is interrelated with each other.
We see that City are good, and it must be recognized that they have a good coach and management.

Monaco started their disappointing games yesterday night against Nantes,a team which had only two lost games both at home and away.Nantes in fact played much better in the sense that they were much more pragmatic by scoring all the opportunities created by them while Monaco created more than 20 goal occasions only to fail scoring most of them,of course a great deal in this draw result for Nantes has their goalkeeper which saved at least 7 critical goal occasions so in this context Monaco needs to better, much better if they want to have a go for the title fight.Yesterday game though demonstrated that Monaco is not yet a consolidated team to be consistent in the title fight.
For me they were just unlucky in this match, so they could only get a draw. Maybe in the first 15 minutes they were disappointing, but after they fell behind by 2 goals they were able to develop their game and as a result they were able to create a goal in the 27th minute.
On the other hand the goddess of fortune was on Nantes' side, they didn't get many chances, but when they got the chance they could immediately create goals.
