2. more popular crypto assets are absent while less popular ones are available (e.g. there is no USDT TRC20, but eXch still supports USDT ERC20 which isn’t so widespread, IMHO).
I read somewhere in the comment and the exchange representative states just how it’s been put under consideration on the possibility of having to incorporate some of the popular stable coins on the platform.
Do you have any plans of adding stable coins USDT/USDC on other networks that are not based on ethereum blockchain?
Yes, but given that those stablecoins exist only in Ethereum alike networks, it's a bit challenging for us to make a rational choice this time, considering we will have to launch a node for the chosen network and maintain it. The most probably optimal scenario for us will be adding one of Ethereum's L2 networks.
However, this will be added not earlier than Lightning, which we are currently working on.
I think that would serve more purpose as, these stable coins are looked up for reservations, trying to use it as an edge against volatility, quick payments amongst others which makes them a preferred for most when not looking towards investment and could bring some more patronage to the exchange. Don’t know why there is a pause on the initiative yet but, it would be one in great demand.
