Hello after my KYC got approved. I have been Lucky enough to get the additional video call with rollbit next thursday for them to keep on verifying me i guess?.
I have a hard time speaking english, so i am very worried about this call since I dont trust any betting / casino site when i know how they can operate.
What can i expect from this call? Asking you people who have gone through this before. What do they ask you to do etc or what questions may they have for me? Thank you for any respond!

I've never been in this situation but no need to worry they just want to verify the identity you sent is real not a fake they will detect your face to match your ID card and don't even think about hiring someone to help you because you could lose everything if detected
what you should know is that no one can force you to speak English fluently unless where you work requires it, if you really need help just use a translator app which can detect word/voice and they will understand if there is a mispronunciation.
