once you get it updated to the current firmware dated april 10, theres a DIAGNOSTICS tab in the Network config that lets you ping, traceroute, and nslookup.
When i hit ping it just says "ping bitmaintech.com"
And nothing else.
At least your hardware error rate is zero 
Haha. But on a serious note, try it with only one module ? Does the green light blinks on any of the modules ?
Its the same as all my other machines. Is that wrong?
