Hi there, I have difficulty logging into my account for the past few days.

It seems that freebico.in has been blocked in Singapore. I couldn't even visit the login page. I have tried on a few of public internet and the result is the same- blocked.

Is there any reason for blocking user access in Singapore?

Have you tried to bypass that by testing if it will login via a VPN? I know Freebitco.in has implemented KYC verification lately, so they might have implemented region restrictions too?

Do you gamble at other casinos too? .....and are they restricted too...? It might be a cloudflare restriction and not a restriction from the site it self.  Huh Huh Huh

The new requirements around KYC is only for new accounts and will not affect old accounts. With the new rules, I shouldn’t also been able to play on the site but I can still fully use it and recently received a withdrawal from them. This issue must be related to Cloudfare.

I have enabled a VPN with a Singapore IP address and tried to access the site, but I also had no luck. So, I don't think it's a problem with Cloudflare. It looks like the freebitcoin team has started purposely blocking access to the site only for IP addresses from that region. I don't remember if Singapore was mentioned as a banned jurisdiction in the updated ToS or not, but I can't check it now as I can't find a link to the ToS where it used to be on the main page.

You are wrong. We are not blocking any IP addresses. I've had a few people report getting blocked by Cloudflare and the message they receive tells them that they are blocked due to a security issue and suggests it could be caused by key word or phrase, SQL command or malformed data. I'm pretty sure that makes it obvious we are not blocking based on location.
The number of these reports is extremely small compared to the number of active users we have and I have also seen exactly the same Cloudflare issue reported on completely unrelated sites (nothing to do with Bitcoin).

We haven't been able to reproduce the issue but my best guess is that it's caused by something installed on the device that is triggering the security systems at Cloudflare.
