Whats Happened:
I saw crypto currency buy/sell thread opened by quiet newbie who's registered today and start with selling good and providing currency exchange. further he didn't provide any information, which currency he accept and other information.

I strongly believe that this user can prove out to be a scammer and we should close the door before he do any wrong. more ever he break the rules of forum and should be treated.
