Inter are a team with a much better history than Napoli in the Serie A of course. They also became champions a couple of years ago too - 2020/21 season. The progress they made last season was really impressive. They improved their performance quite much in the league after the World Cup. They qualified for the Champions League finale too and competed really hard against Manchester City.
It is normal to see them being one of the biggest contenders of the Serie A title now as a result.
However I can agree that Napoli are still very strong now. Despite the manager change Rudi Garcia is also doing a good work for now. They are extremely dominant in their matches. I see Inter - Napoli duo having equal chance for the title now.
@jakdanyel Inter have lost Lukaku to Roma and that’ll be a big blow for them as he was a player who would score lots of goals for Inter and with him Roma will now become a genuine title contender. Also while many feel that Inter and Napoli are the two main team’s for the title I personally feel that now Mourinho’s Roma will make it a three way race and I won’t be surprised if in the end Roma win the league title too.
Inter Milan is better off without Lukaku, he disrespected the club, so they had to let him go once . It's not nice keeping player that doesn't want to play for the club anymore. He loves Inter Milan and gave his best for them, now he's in Rivalry club Roma. He would like to show case he's ability.
Inter Milan, is playing good football without Lukaku, and they will do well this season as they did last season. No player is bigger than the club.
