Can you post the screenshot of your transaction page to make your claim valid? You have only posted the screenshot of the email message which says your withdrawal was processed, but we don't know whether it was your first or third withdrawal.

There you can see the date and time i recieved the email from them also in my transaction history, which the last one says pending.., very wierd considering the email.
