PS I still see thios pending transaction and this is one transaction before you have sent GOLD tokens, I know that in the past I had similar problem, I had stuck transaction that was pending for days and I forgot about it, like you I have sent another one and it was also an exchange transaction were time was important (to do it fast) and I couldn't get it confirmed

I had to pay to speed up this problematic pending transaction, it also didn't worked and finally I had to pay a lot in gas fees to get it cancelled
I don't know if this is the case and if after ETH update such problems still happens, if you share address I will be able to see more
